  • Providing a platform for rural residents to familiarize themselves with proper entrepreneurship concepts, new ideas in tourism and handicrafts.
  • Offering specialized consultation to the local community on establishing businesses and finding suitable jobs in the fields of tourism and handicrafts.
  • Providing necessary training and guidance to village residents to better understand how to utilize opportunities and support available in the country in the field of entrepreneurship and employment in the village.
  • Promoting entrepreneurship culture among Soheili village residents.
  • Identifying and informing about employment opportunities, providing consultation and guidance to villagers to find sustainable jobs.
  • Facilitating the recruitment of skilled individuals in the best tourism facilities in the village.

  • Creating a suitable platform for information exchange among stakeholders in this area including tourism facilities, Qeshm Free Zone Organization, and other institutions regarding existing and future job opportunities.

  • Institutionalizing and promoting entrepreneurial thinking and empowering Soheili village residents through enhancing necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Identifying, selecting, and encouraging past and present outstanding talents at universities in the field of entrepreneurship and organizing entrepreneurship and employment festivals.
  • Establishing the authority of the Entrepreneurship and Tourism Skills Center in organizing and hosting festivals, exhibitions, competitions, workshops, and various seminars in the field of entrepreneurship and employment at regional, national, and international levels.
  • Providing the necessary financial, informational, and advisory support for launching entrepreneurial activities for village residents.
