About Anthropology Museum

The Anthropology Museum and Handicraft House of Soheili Village is built on a 400-square-meter land with a 400-square-meter floor area.

The traditional life of the people of the tourist village of Soheili in Qeshm Island and other western villages of the island—such as local clothing, Golabtoon embroidery, bag sewing, ribbon embroidery, needlework, and net weaving—are displayed in the anthropology section of this museum. The maritime section exhibits fishing tools, various handmade wooden boats, and old maritime equipment for visitors.
