The event of observing Canopus in Soheili
The Soheili Village Council, with the aim of strengthening the cultural foundations of Soheili Village and recalling the cultural values that have been passed down through stories and reached the current generation, will hold the Canopus star observation event on the roof of Soheili.
Alongside this event, mythology sessions will be held on the topic of "Soheil and Boheil" as well as the role of myths in attracting tourists.
The main goal of this program is to preserve the authentic culture of the Soheili people so that it can be properly transmitted to its future heirs.
The implementation of these events, while enhancing the social capital of the local community, will attract tourists specializing in astronomy to Soheili Village.
