Workshop on "Laws and Regulations, Management and Administration of Ecotourism Accommodations"

The Director of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of the Qeshm Free Zone Organization announced the holding of a training course on "Laws and Regulations for the Management and Administration of Ecotourism Accommodations" in "Soheili Village".

Rostam Gorani, announcing this news, stated: "In Soheili Village, we have more than 30 ecotourism accommodations that welcome domestic and foreign tourists every year and have introduced tourists to the traditional hospitality of Soheili Village."

Gorani continued: "These accommodations, while providing appropriate services to tourists, are managed in accordance with the culture and tradition of Qeshm Island and play an important role in familiarizing them with the ancient history of the island."

According to him, in the administration of accommodations, laws and regulations, economic factors, socio-cultural factors, local environmental factors and human resources are considered as the 5 main axes, and the training course on "Laws and Regulations for the Management and Administration of Ecotourism Accommodations" was also held with the aim of improving the quality of services provided to tourists.

The Director of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of the Qeshm Free Zone Organization stated: Our goal is not only the quantitative development of ecotourism resorts, but also qualitative development, fundamental education and proper supervision, among the programs that are being implemented for this area.

In this training course, Ms. Dr. Abedinzadeh, an official expert in the judiciary (Iran tourism), aimed at improving the quality of services provided by ecotourism resorts, explained the laws and regulations of the above, and at the end of the session, answered the questions and challenges of managers and operators regarding receiving and renewing operating licenses, management cards, etc.

According to this report, the training course "Laws and Regulations for the Management and Administration of Ecotourism Resorts" was held in the Soheili Tourism Village meeting hall with the presence of a group of managers and operators of ecotourism resorts.
